A concept for a new website of the Szczecin Philharmonic, built at the WUD 2026 hackathon. Instead of a list of announcements, it is a guide: six steps from discovering a concert to buying a ticket and getting there — with a repertoire you can filter by mood, an AI assistant grounded in the Philharmonic's own data, and a mobile-first layout for the 74% of visitors who arrive on a phone.
Backstory
WUD 2026 asked one question: how does a visitor decide, in a few seconds, that they want to be there? Our answer was a six-step journey — discover, choose, plan, buy, arrive, return — because 74% of the Philharmonic's traffic already comes from phones, and nobody opens a site to read announcements. I started on the UI/UX in Figma and the frontend, then ended up doing full-stack anyway: the multilingual interface, the accessibility pass, the AI assistant and the event-data wiring. The site is monochrome — white, black and gold drawn from the building itself — and built to WCAG 2.2 AA from the components up.
